Information is used to verify identities and emails, manage courses and enrolments, review providers and payments, communicate service information, maintain platform security and meet legal or accounting obligations.

Course providers

Provider identity and supporting documents are available only to authorised administrators for verification. Public provider information is limited to details needed to identify the teacher of an approved course.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers supporting hosting, email or payment operations, or when disclosure is required by law.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to operate accounts, deliver courses, resolve disputes and meet legal requirements. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
