Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance
By creating an account, registering for a course or using SmartBiz Online Academy, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect your password and promptly notify us of unauthorised account use. Accounts may not be transferred or shared.
3. Courses and access
Free courses may be joined without payment. Access to paid courses is provided only after payment is received and approved. Course schedules, instructors and materials may be reasonably updated when necessary.
4. Payments and refunds
Fees are shown before registration. Payment slips must be genuine and relate to the stated course fee. Refund requests are reviewed according to course delivery status and applicable Sri Lankan law. Contact info@smartbizlk.com before a course begins if assistance is required.
5. Course providers
Providers must submit true identity, qualification and contact information. Every provider and course requires approval. Providers confirm that submitted material is accurate, lawful and does not infringe another person's copyright, privacy or other rights. SmartBiz may request changes, reject content, suspend publication or remove a provider when standards are not met.
6. Intellectual property
SmartBiz branding and platform materials may not be copied without permission. Course materials remain subject to the rights stated by SmartBiz and the relevant provider. Students receive personal, non-transferable learning access only.
7. Acceptable use
You must not misuse accounts, share protected course content, upload malicious or unlawful files, submit false payment evidence or interfere with the platform.
8. Limitation
Courses provide education and guidance; they do not guarantee business results, income or search rankings. Business decisions remain the learner's responsibility.
9. Changes and contact
